Spaghetti with Quorn and Broccoli |
Cooking time: 15 min
Serves 1
1 portion (50-100g) wholegrain spaghetti
2 quorn fillets
50g broccoli
1/2 small onion
1 garlic clove
1/3 chilli
2 tbsp olive oil
1-2 tsp soy sauce
Grated parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper
Boil the pasta.
Chop the onion.
In a frying pan, put 1 tblsp of olive oil - medium heat - add the quorn, onion, soy sauce and black pepper.
Chop the broccoli and steam for a few minutes, until you think it's soft enough.
Chop the garlic and chilli.
Drain the pasta when it's ready.
Lower the heat, add 1 tblsp olive oil to the empty pan and stir in chilli and garlic, for about 30 sec. Add pasta to the pan, stir and season with parmesan, salt and black pepper.
Serve with the quorn fillets and broccoli.
