Gorgonzola, Walnut and Pear Quesadillas

Gorgonzola, walnut and pear quesadilla
Cooking time: 10 min
Serves 2 as a snack (or 1 greedy)

2 large tortillas
1 pear
1 handful of walnuts
1/2 dl grated mild cheddar

30g gorgonzola
2 tbsp natural yoghurt


Heat the oven to 175 C.
Put one bread on a greaseproof paper.
Chop the pear and walnuts and grate the cheddar.
Spread gorgonzola on the bread, then pear, walnuts and cheddar.
Put the second bread on top.
Put in the oven for 6 minutes.
Cut into smaller pieces and serve with yoghurt on the side.
